Digging into the archive I thought I'd post some pastels (real pastels!) from workshop sessions a couple years ago. I'm trying to shame myself into life drawing again!
Thanks Krista and Don.I used to go to a workshop every week that we had here at work, I really miss it. It was always inspiring to see the different approaches taken by other artists. Time to get back to it!
Chris, I am on vacation, of sorts, in Orlando and have the time to just cruise the internet when I saw your website. Love your studio drawings, they are all so fresh and alive. How's life at Disney? Are you relatively happy there?
Anyway, I enjoyed your blog and the artwork, so I became a follower. All the best to you...
I've been in the commercial art world since 1982 specializing in storyboards and concept art for the entertainment and advertising industries.I currently work full time doing design for theme parks, and unfortunately I'm not allowed to show any of my day-to-day artwork. I enjoy swapping notes with others in the art field, please feel free to share your website or blog links.
