Derby Doll

We had the great Stacy Walker doing a kick ass job as a roller derby gal Wednesday night. I think she could go pro! I thought I'd post the sketch and a paint over I did later. Thanks Stacy!

    Great job!... This is one of my favorites.

    Really love her attitude.

    The model and the art, seem to have a bit of PUNK flavor to it, which works well with the ROLLER DERBY theme.

    Does she really have red hair?

    I loved the LOS ANGELES THUNDERBIRDS, and watched them on TV ( channel 5 in Los Angeles ) and in person.

    ROLLER DERBY was wrestling on wheels.

    This art brings back a lot of memories - mostly good.

    I used to have programs, 8 x 10 photos, and flyers. I don't know what happened to all that stuff... sure would love to have it.

    Thanks CVB. Stacy Walker does indeed have red hair, sort of a trademark.She models for us regularly, always fantastic.
